Private equity fund managers engaged in private equity investment fund business practitioners should have private equity fund qualifications. Meet one of the following conditions, can be identified as having the qualification of private equity fund:

1, passed the fund qualification examination;

2. Engaged in investment management-related business in the last three years (this situation mainly refers to engaging in relevant asset management business in the last three years, with an average annual scale of assets under management of more than 6,543,800,000 yuan, or working in financial regulatory agencies and financial institutions supervised by them in the last three years).

The fund qualification registration shall be applied to the China Foundation by its institution. The registration of fund qualification is mainly based on the unified registration of institutions. Those who have worked in fund industry institutions shall apply to China Asset Management Association for the registration of fund qualification.
