From 65438 to 0985, after his retirement, Liu Hanqing still studied tirelessly, caring about the major events of the party and the country, especially the party style. It took him five years to write more than 300,000 words of "Analysis of Abuse of Power for Private Interests" (the book won the first prize of the National Excellent Party Building Reading). He devoted a lot of efforts to the training and education of young people, and made great efforts and contributions to the construction of Dalian Care for the Next Generation Working Committee, the establishment of education foundation and the improvement of working and living conditions of educators.
