China introduced a new policy on medical insurance reimbursement in 222, which mainly includes the following two aspects:
The first content is that the medical insurance catalogue has undergone new changes, and the adjustment mainly involves serious diseases such as cancer, hepatitis C, hepatitis B, hypertension and diabetes;
the second content is that the authority to regulate local drugs has changed. Clearly regulate local drug use, and local governments shall not customize the medical insurance catalogue by themselves or increase the drugs in the medical insurance catalogue by flexible methods, and at the same time, they shall not adjust the limited payment scope of drugs in the medical insurance catalogue.

Article 2 The following units and their employees in cities and towns in this province must participate in basic medical insurance in accordance with these regulations:
(1) Enterprises and their employees;
(2) organs, institutions, intermediaries, social organizations, private non-enterprise units and their employees;
(3) the employing units of the army and their employees without military status.
these regulations apply to retirees of the above-mentioned units.
article 3 the basic medical insurance fund for urban employees shall be established, and the system of combining individual medical accounts (hereinafter referred to as individual accounts) with basic medical pooling funds (hereinafter referred to as pooling funds) shall be implemented. The ownership of an individual account belongs to the individual. The ownership of the overall fund belongs to all personnel participating in the basic medical insurance.
