(three) the placement of laid-off workers, disabled people and self-employed retired soldiers in cities and towns, according to the actual number of recruits, each person can reduce the local water conservancy construction fund 1 10,000 yuan; If the amount of assistance in that year is insufficient, it shall not be carried forward to the next year. Among them, the units that resettle laid-off workers and retired soldiers in cities and towns for self-employment can be reduced or exempted according to the actual number of resettlement and the prescribed amount within 3 years from the year of resettlement; Units that resettle disabled persons can be exempted or reduced according to the number of disabled employees and the prescribed amount every year.
(IV) Rural household industries, laid-off workers, college students who graduated within 2 years, disabled people and retired soldiers engaged in self-employed cities and towns, the local water conservancy construction funds that should be paid shall be reduced or exempted according to the limit of 2,000 yuan per household per year. Among them, laid-off workers, college students who graduated within 2 years, and retired soldiers from self-employed towns are engaged in self-employment, and the preferential period is 3 years.
