Changqing Community was established in June 2000, covering an area of 4 square kilometers. East from Renmin Road, west to Jianshe Road, south to Fenghuangling West Street and north to Shicheng West Street. The resident population of the community is 4,973,13,252, including 860 floating population, 2,758. There are 13 units under the jurisdiction of the community and 2 non-public economic party organizations.
There are 3 self-employed outlets 1 4, art groups1and volunteer teams 10. There are 309 registered persons in party member and 389 registered persons in party member. In order to further instill red thoughts into minors in the jurisdiction, carry forward red culture, and advocate children to learn from revolutionary ancestors and pioneers. On August 3, 2022, on August 0, 2022, Changqing Community launched the theme education activity of "being a pioneer model of red inheritance" for minors.

This activity was lectured by Tian Yongcheng, a good man from China. Uncle Tian is a retired resident of Tianshun Community and the director of the Community Industry Committee. He has been engaged in love and voluntary service for many years. He actively played the residual heat, served the neighborhood, and took the initiative to be busy with major events and small feelings in the community. His deeds in the community are numerous. He is such an unknown ordinary person who has made selfless contributions to the community and is an example for everyone to learn. Uncle Tian used simple language to make children feel the greatness of ordinary people around them, and ignited minors' yearning for truth, goodness and beauty with the power of example.
By carrying out this learning pioneer model activity, Changqing community will give full play to its moral model and the leading role of good people around it.
