According to the regulations of China Securities Regulatory Commission, the quarterly report of the Fund needs to be disclosed in the designated newspapers and administrators' websites within 15 working days after the end of each quarter. Within 60 days after the end of the first half of the year, disclose the summary of the semi-annual report in the designated newspaper and the full text of the semi-annual report on the administrator's website. Within 90 days after the end of each year, disclose the summary of the annual report in the designated newspapers and periodicals, and disclose the full text of the annual report on the administrator's website.

At present, the quarterly report of the fund mainly discloses the general situation of the fund, the main financial indicators and net performance, the manager's report, the portfolio report, the change of the open-end fund share and so on.

In the contents disclosed in the quarterly report of the fund, investors need to focus on the fund's net performance, that is, to reveal the fund's net growth rate in the past quarter and its excess return relative to the performance benchmark. The manager's report can clearly see the fund manager's market views and operational ideas.

Through these disclosures, investors can get a general idea of the investment direction of money, and at the same time, they can judge whether the funds they hold are in line with their investment philosophy.
