According to the different requirements of the development of the annuity market for the number of different qualified institutions, the contents of each notice will be adjusted.
2. Confirmation of qualification renewal of enterprise annuity fund management institution (national level): enterprise annuity fund management institution shall provide an application report for qualification renewal and an applicant's self-discipline commitment letter. The model of the Application Report and the Self-discipline Commitment Letter are disclosed in detail in every notice issued by official website, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security.
Third, the handling procedures
1. Qualification of enterprise annuity fund management institution (national level):
(1) make an announcement on the official website of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security.
(2) The applicant shall submit the application materials at the specified time and place, and the examination and approval department shall review the application materials. Those that do not meet the requirements will not be accepted, and the notice of incomplete materials will be corrected. Those who meet the requirements will be given an admission notice.
(3) Inquire about the punishment of the applicant institution in the past three years from the industry authorities.
(4) Organize on-site inspection as appropriate.
(5) Organize expert review.
(six) in accordance with the provisions and procedures for the examination and approval of expert evaluation opinions, make an administrative licensing decision, and publish the results on the official website of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security.
2. Renewal of qualification of enterprise annuity fund management institution (national level):
(1) make an announcement on the official website of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security.
(2) The applicant shall submit the application materials at the specified time and place, and the examination and approval department shall review the application materials, and make corrections for the incomplete materials. If the materials meet the requirements, a notice of acceptance shall be issued.
(3) Inquire about the punishment of the applicant institution in the past three years from the industry authorities.
(4) Issue inter-subject evaluation forms to local human resources and social security departments, some clients and relevant management institutions, and summarize feedback.
(5) Organize on-site inspection as appropriate.
(6) Organize expert review.
(seven) in accordance with the provisions and procedures for the examination and approval of expert evaluation opinions, make an administrative licensing decision, and publish the results on the official website of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security.
