What is the difference between a special legal person and a non-profit legal person?
A non-profit legal person refers to a non-profit legal person established for public welfare purposes or other non-profit purposes and does not distribute profits to investors, founders or members. A legal person established for public welfare or other non-profit purposes is a non-profit legal person if it does not distribute profits to investors, founders or members. Non-profit legal persons include institutions, social organizations, foundations and social service institutions. The special legal person is fully funded by the government, and its legal person status is defined. It is regulated by the state through special laws and policies and is not regulated by the company law. Natural persons, legal persons and unincorporated organizations may establish non-profit family education service institutions according to law. A legal person is an organization that has the capacity for civil rights and civil conduct, enjoys civil rights and undertakes civil obligations independently according to law. The essence of a legal person is that a legal person can have the same civil rights as a natural person and become a civil subject with rights and obligations.
