1. First of all, the Agreement on Aid for Studying Abroad (in sextuplicate) must be notarized by the local notary office before going abroad.

Note: It is best to make an appointment in advance. The two guarantors found are in the same city. Friendly reminder: some foreign universities need to provide relevant degree certificates when registering. You also need to go to the notary office for notarization. Little friends may wish to deal with it by the way. If you have the ability, you can translate the certificate into English yourself, saving translation costs.

2. Apply for the International Travel Health Inspection Certificate.

Note: Generally, in first-tier cities like Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou, there are many people waiting in line. Friends will make an appointment for a medical examination as soon as they get the supporting documents. Friendly reminder, holding CSC's funding certificate can be exempted from medical examination fees!

Step 3 apply for a visa

Precautions: First, go to the website of the relevant embassy to browse the prepared materials and make an appointment to submit them. If you are not sure what kind of visa to apply for, friends can email or consult at the visa center. The materials required for a visa are complicated, but considering that all friends stand out from the fierce competition, they should be patiently prepared. It usually takes 3~4 weeks to know whether the visa is approved or not. Therefore, if you want to report abroad as soon as possible, you must do so as soon as possible. The study abroad service center also provides visa assistance, but ultimately students need to go to the embassy. Why don't you do it yourself?

4. Issue the dispatch consent.

Note: For small partners who need language training in non-English-speaking countries, after completing the training and obtaining the corresponding language certificate, the National Scholarship Fund Committee will issue a consent form. Language training lasts for 6 weeks. During this period, you can apply for visas, physical examinations and other procedures.

Step 5 book air tickets

Note: Air tickets are reserved by relevant study abroad service centers. Friends are free to choose their starting point and destination. If the small partners want to start together, they can make comments when booking air tickets. The study abroad service center allows small partners to change visas twice for free. I just had an accident before leaving and had to postpone the departure date.
