1. Rural collective funds refer to monetary funds collectively owned by village groups, including cash and bank deposits.
2. Rural collective assets refer to fixed assets such as houses, buildings, machinery and equipment invested and built by village groups, basic public welfare facilities such as water conservancy, transportation, culture and education, and other assets such as agricultural assets, materials and creditor's rights.
3. Rural collective resources refer to natural resources such as land, woodland, mountains, grasslands, wasteland, beaches and water surfaces that are collectively owned according to laws and regulations.
Two, the ownership shall be exercised by the rural collective economic organizations according to law. Rural collective assets include:
(1) Natural resources such as land, forest, grassland, wasteland, tidal flat and water surface that are legally owned by rural collectives;
(2) Buildings (structures), electromechanical equipment, irrigation and water conservancy facilities, tourist facilities, rural roads, farm animals, trees, education, science, culture, broadcasting, television, health, sports and other facilities formed by rural collective economic organizations according to law;
(3) Enterprise assets invested or purchased or merged by rural collective economic organizations;
(four) the shares of rural collective economic organizations in various enterprises and the assets formed by joint investment with relevant units or individuals;
Three, the main responsibilities of rural collective economic organizations to manage collective assets:
(a) to organize the implementation of collective asset management resolutions and decisions adopted by all members' meetings or representative meetings;
(two) to formulate and implement the collective asset management system;
(three) to supervise and inspect the management and use of collective assets by operators;
(four) in accordance with the articles of association of joint-stock enterprises, joint-stock cooperative enterprises and joint ventures, send personnel to participate in the management work;
