Offshore accounts, also called OSA accounts, are accounts opened by overseas institutions in the offshore business departments of domestic banks that have obtained offshore banking business qualifications in accordance with regulations. They are offshore accounts.

Offshore accounts are only for company accounts, individual accounts are not supported.

All non-Chinese residents, including companies, enterprises, factories, groups, banks, depository companies, fund organizations, and individuals registered outside China, can open offshore accounts at banks that support offshore accounts.
