Zhou Yuxian is deputy director of the Management Committee of China Huaxin Post and Telecommunications Economic Development Center, deputy general manager and member of the Party Committee Standing Committee of China Guoxin Holdings Co., Ltd.

Zhou Yuxian was appointed as the deputy general manager of China Guoxin Holdings Co., Ltd. in December 2010, and in June 2011, he was appointed as a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of China Guoxin Holdings Co., Ltd.

From February 2002 to June 2011, Ma Jie was in charge of the human resources work of Shanghai Bell. Ma Jie graduated from Nankai University in 1998 with a PhD in economics; in 2004, he received a joint EMBA degree from the University of Washington and Fudan University.
