Yuan Xin is the director of the Management Committee of China Huaxin Post and Telecommunications Economic Development Center, and the chairman and party committee secretary of Shanghai Bell Co., Ltd.

Yuan Xin has served as chairman of Shanghai Bell since 2002.

Previously, Yuan Xin served as senior vice president of Shanghai Bell, responsible for marketing, marketing services, operations and overall planning.

Yuan Xin joined Shanghai Bell Company in 1985 and worked in manufacturing, purchasing, marketing, marketing services and other departments, making important contributions to the rapid development of Shanghai Bell.

Yuan Xin graduated from the Computer Science Department of Shanghai University, and later received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from China Europe Business School and a PhD in Management from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Renmin University of China.

Zhou Yuxian is deputy director of the Management Committee of China Huaxin Post and Telecommunications Economic Development Center, deputy general manager and member of the Party Committee Standing Committee of China Guoxin Holdings Co., Ltd.

Zhou Yuxian was appointed as the deputy general manager of China Guoxin Holdings Co., Ltd. in December 2010, and in June 2011, he was appointed as a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of China Guoxin Holdings Co., Ltd.

Previously, he served as a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of China National Materials Group Co., Ltd., executive director and president of China National Materials Corporation.

From August 2006 to July 2007, he served as deputy general manager of China Materials Industry Science and Technology Corporation.

Previously, he served as executive vice president and member of the leadership team of Shanghai Bell Co., Ltd.

From February 2002 to June 2011, Ma Jie was in charge of the human resources work of Shanghai Bell. During this period, he also served as director of Fuxin Communication Technology Development Co., Ltd., secretary general and director of the Foreign Affairs Office of Shanghai Bell, and Qingdao Lucent Technology Communication Equipment Co., Ltd.

Ma Jie graduated from Nankai University in 1998 with a PhD in economics; in 2004, he received a joint EMBA degree from the University of Washington and Fudan University.
