2. Enter China Construction Bank official website. After entering, click Home Account Inquiry-Pension Inquiry, and then fill in relevant information as required to inquire about the enterprise annuity;

3. Inquiries can also be made through the ATM of China Construction Bank. Users only need to select the inquiry service-enterprise annuity inquiry on ATM self-service equipment;

4. Call the customer service hotline of China Construction Bank at 95533. After dialing, enter "1", then enter "Query" and "6", enter "Other Query" and enter the query password, and press # to end. Finally, enter the enterprise annuity number or ID number, and press # to finish, then you can query the enterprise annuity related information.
