Deadline at 16:00 on March 20th 1. The National Natural Science Foundation of China (hereinafter referred to as the Natural Science Foundation)’s centralized acceptance of annual project applications will begin on March 2nd and end at 16:00 on March 20th (closed on statutory holidays).

2. The Natural Science Foundation of China will announce the preliminary review results of the application projects before May 5 and accept re-examination applications.

3. The review results are announced at the same time every year, usually from late August to early September when formal funding notices are issued, and the review opinions are sent to each applicant by email.
