3. 4. The enterprise will send the completed content to the service organization, and at the same time, the written copy of the relevant annex will be signed by the legal representative of the enterprise and submitted to the service organization after being stamped with the official seal of the enterprise;
5. The service organization shall examine and certify the application materials of the enterprise, and put forward opinions and suggestions for revision and improvement; Assist enterprises to carry out relevant revision work;
6. The service organization will submit the materials that have been audited and certified to the project organizing unit and recommending unit.
