The road relief fund shall be applied by the victim or his family to the social relief fund management institution for road traffic accidents. Applicants need to fill in the application form and sign it, and promise to repay the aid money in accordance with the regulations. For both sides of the accident, the liability disputes and compensation between them need to be solved through the procedure of traffic accident liability identification, which is not directly related to the application and repayment of road rescue funds. Therefore, the road rescue fund does not need to be signed by both parties.
