You can modify the dividend method: change the default "cash dividend" to "dividend reinvestment". The latter one does not need to pay the handling fee. If you want to make long-term investment, it is recommended to choose the latter dividend method. In this way, no matter how it pays dividends, you turn dividends into fund shares, which has no effect on you.
