On July 5th, Hu Zhongxiong, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, presided over the 7th executive meeting of the municipal government. The meeting adopted in principle the Opinions (Draft) on Further Implementing the Urban "Three No Personnel" Medical Assistance System and the Implementation Plan for Integrating Urban and Rural Residents' Medical Insurance Agencies in Yiyang City.
According to the arrangement of the municipal government, the relevant departments investigated the implementation of the "three noes" medical assistance policy and the improvement of the "three noes" medical assistance level in our city, and formed relevant opinions. The meeting adopted in principle the Opinions (Draft) on Further Implementing the Urban "Three No Personnel" Medical Assistance System, requiring all districts and counties (cities) to seriously implement it, so as to improve the level of urban "Three No Personnel" medical assistance, increase the financing of urban medical assistance, and strengthen the supervision of designated medical institutions.
The meeting adopted in principle the Notice of Yiyang Municipal People's Government on Coordinating Medical Insurance for Urban and Rural Residents and the Implementation Plan for Integrating Medical Insurance Agencies for Urban and Rural Residents in Yiyang City, requiring relevant units to straighten out the management mechanism, clarify their work responsibilities, verify the staffing, improve the information network, and standardize the construction of grassroots people's social platforms.
The meeting also listened to the report on the implementation plan of the medical reform plan during the Twelfth Five-Year Plan period, the report on the adjustment of the maritime management system in our city, the report on the reform of reeducation through labor, and the report on the construction of the municipal archives, and adopted the relevant implementation plan in principle and deployed relevant work.
