Mr. Lei: China nationality, without permanent residency abroad, graduated from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law with a doctorate in accounting, a postdoctoral fellow in business administration at Guanghua School of Management, Peking University, a professor and doctoral supervisor, an expert winner of government subsidies in the State Council, a national chief accountant of the Ministry of Finance, and a national famous accountant candidate of the Ministry of Finance. He has been a lecturer and associate professor in the School of Accounting of Hunan University, and vice president of the International Business School of the University of International Business and Economics. He is currently a professor and doctoral supervisor at the International Business School of the University of International Business and Economics, and an independent director of Huazhi Liquor.
