You can apply for all three courses or just two. Candidates can choose corresponding subjects according to their future industry needs.
Among them, subject 1 "Regulations" is a compulsory subject, and this subject is compulsory. Subject 2 "Securities Investment" is an elective subject. After taking the subject 1+2, you can engage in public offering and private placement, and your employment scope should be wider. So this is also the choice of more applicants. Subject 3 "Equity Investment" is also an elective subject, and you can engage in private placement after taking the subject 1+3.
Choosing subject 1 and subject 2 has a wide range of employment, so the candidates you want to apply for can choose according to their job requirements. If you are still a student at school or a social person who wants to make textual research first, I suggest you apply for subject 1+subject 2. If you are engaged in the private equity industry, or want to pass the fund qualification certificate quickly, you can apply for subject 1+subject 3.
There are three courses in the qualification examination for fund practitioners, one of which is compulsory and the other is two or three elective courses. In the second quarter, securities investment funds are more suitable for novices who are not familiar with funds, and in the third quarter, private equity funds are more suitable for candidates who have been exposed to fund work. No matter which exam, the final certificate is the same.
Comparatively speaking, the pass rate in the third quarter is higher. If the candidate is a student and has no relevant experience, you can choose subject 2. If he/she has experience, it is recommended to choose three subjects. You can also consider the work you want to do or the difficulty of the exam if the exam direction is different.
Securities qualification examination subjects are divided into basic subjects and professional subjects. The basic subjects are the basic knowledge of securities market, and the professional subjects include: securities trading, securities issuance and underwriting, securities investment analysis, and securities investment funds.
Only by passing the examination of basic subjects and any professional subjects can we obtain the qualification of securities practice. Employees who meet the requirements of the Measures for the Administration of Securities Practitioners' Qualifications may apply to the Association for a practicing certificate through their company. Of course, the more subjects you study, the better, and the wider your business will be.
