Application conditions

(1) Mobile stations, workstations and base stations applying for daily subsidies shall meet the following conditions:

1. The management system and organization are sound, and the research funds and living security measures for postdoctoral (young talents) researchers are in place.

2. When applying for funding, postdoctoral (young talents) researchers entered the station to engage in research work.

Recruiting foreign students or foreign doctors to enter the station can be given priority under the same conditions; In-service postdoctoral researchers and part-time young talents are not included in the scope of funding.

(two) to apply for funding for scientific research activities should be postdoctoral (young talents) researchers, and meet the following conditions:

1. Support the leadership of China * * * production party, love the socialist motherland, have good professional ethics and social ethics, and have the spirit of being realistic, innovative, cooperative and dedicated.

2. Have a solid professional foundation, strong scientific research ability and good development potential. The application project shall be undertaken by myself, and the application materials are true and reliable.

3. The application project should closely meet the needs of the city's economic and social development, and be forward-looking and innovative in theory and technology; It is helpful for applicants to conduct high-level academic and technical exchanges and improve their academic and technical level. The project implementation plan is clear and clear, with strong operability and reasonable fund use plan.

(three) postdoctoral (young talents) researchers in any of the following circumstances can not apply for funding for scientific research activities:

1. The project applied for funding has been funded by China Postdoctoral Science Fund or other projects in this city.

2. It has been funded by scientific research activities in the previous year, but the funded projects have not been completed, or the funding has been partially or fully recovered for some reason.

3. During the pit stop, the same project or similar projects have applied for funding twice or more, but they have not been approved.

4. The pit stop time exceeds 18 months.

(4) Applicants for international exchange and training funded projects should be postdoctoral researchers in the station and meet the following conditions:

1. Good conduct, good health, generally no more than 35 years old.

2. Have a high academic level and strong scientific research ability and innovation ability. Outstanding research results have been achieved during the station or doctoral study.

3 professional fields and research directions are consistent with the development direction of key disciplines and industries in our city.

4. Good English (or the language of the receiving country) listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.

5. Generally, the recipient of overseas intention should be a world-class university, research institution or enterprise, and be formally invited.

6. It must be recognized by the station-building unit and the cooperative tutor; On-the-job personnel (including directional doctoral graduates) must also obtain the consent of the personnel department of the unit where their personnel relations are located.

7. Previously, it has not been funded by Xiangjiang Scholar Program, Postdoctoral International Exchange Program, Postdoctoral Innovative Talents Support Program and Sino-German Postdoctoral Exchange Program.

(5) The imported projects applying for international exchange and training funding should be foreign countries, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions that have entered the post-doctoral mobile station and meet the following conditions:

1. Good conduct, good health, generally no more than 35 years old.

2. Have a high academic level and strong scientific research ability and innovation ability. During my doctoral study, I made outstanding research results.

3 professional fields and research directions are consistent with the development direction of key disciplines and industries in our city.

4. Good Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.

1. Mobile stations and workstations apply for daily expenses to the station-setting unit, and report to the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau after being examined and signed by the station-setting unit; The workstation of the innovation practice base applies to the administrative committee of the park where it is located, and after the approval of the administrative committee of the park and the county human resources and social security bureau where the park is located, it is reported to the municipal human resources and social security bureau.

2. The funds for scientific research activities are applied by the postdoctoral fellow (young talent) himself, and reported to the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau after the approval of the station-setting unit (which belongs to the workstation of innovation practice base and the administrative committee of the park and the human resources and social security bureau of the county where the park is located).

3. International exchange and training funds shall be applied by the postdoctoral fellow to the station establishment unit, and shall be reported to the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau after being examined and signed by the station establishment unit.
