Article 15 When applying for a Natural Science Fund project for the first time, the applicant should truthfully fill in the applicant information form as required and submit it to the Natural Science Foundation of China. If the bank account and other information of the project-supporting unit changes, the Natural Science Foundation of China should be notified in a timely manner.

Article 16: Project funding funds are allocated to the project-supporting unit, and the funding-receiving unit and the project-supporting unit must be consistent.

Article 17 The allocation of project funding funds shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the Natural Science Fund Project Management Measures; if centralized payment from the treasury is implemented, it shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Finance.

Article 18 The collaboration fees for funded projects shall be transferred by the project-supporting unit in accordance with the collaboration contract.

Article 19: Funding for funding projects that are suspended or canceled for any reason shall be suspended. The project-supporting unit shall return the balance of the allocated funds to the Natural Science Foundation of China within three months after receiving the notice. Overdue refunds shall not be made , defer the allocation of funding for other projects of the unit.
