Huang qianqian. According to the inquiry of official website of the Institute of Integrated Circuits of Peking University, Huang Qianqian was born in Shangrao, Jiangxi Province in September 1989. Now he is a researcher and doctoral supervisor of Peking University Institute of Integrated Circuits, and has been devoted to the research of ultra-low power micro-nano electronic devices and their applications in the post-Moore era for a long time. At the age of 16, he was admitted to Peking University. At the age of 22, he delivered a paper at the International Electronic Devices Conference, the top conference in the field of semiconductor technology. At the age of 28, he became a researcher and doctoral supervisor in Peking University. At the age of 29, he was supported by the National Science Fund for Outstanding Young Scholars. At the age of 3, he won the Young Achievement Award of Electronic Devices Society of the American Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers and the China Qiushi Outstanding Young Scholar Award. At the age of 31, he won the second Tencent Scientific Exploration Award, and he was the youngest among the 5 winners.
