Overhaul fund can be used in four situations.

Property special maintenance fund (commonly known as overhaul fund) refers to the funds earmarked for the maintenance, renewal and transformation of * * parts and * * facilities and equipment after the expiration of the property warranty period.

The "Measures" stipulate that overhaul fund involves: the maintenance, renewal and transformation costs of proprietary parts shall be borne by the owners of proprietary parts; Some * * * have some maintenance, renewal and renovation costs, which are shared by some * * * owners in proportion to their construction area; All * * * have some maintenance, renewal and renovation costs, which are shared by all owners in proportion to their construction area; If the house is not completely sold, the development and construction unit shall share the cost of maintenance, renewal and transformation of * * * parts and * * * facilities and equipment according to the proportion of the construction area of the unsold part.
