Wang graduated from Fu Jen Catholic University and studied at Taiwan Province Provincial Institute of Culture and Taipei University of Education. He has served the media for a long time and won the Jinding Award as editor of newspaper supplement.

He loves literature, art and plants, likes to observe various social phenomena, and is keen to explore the mysteries of nature, endowing and combining humanistic significance. I like traveling, too, so I wrote it with this experience and finished it slowly. Two years later, he handed over Key Words: Taipei, which set up a literary landmark for Taipei. Literary critics said: "In the starlight competition in the literary world, Wang's voice is unique in material and highly recognizable." There is also a collection of essays, One Man, which was praised by Bai Xianyong.

Wang is a frequent visitor to the annual anthology of essays and various literary anthologies. He was selected as one of the "Thirty Literary Articles in Taiwan Province Province" and won many creative and publishing awards from the Culture and Art Foundation, as well as the Lin Rong San Literature Award, the China Times Literature Award, the Taipei Literature Writing Annuity, the National Science Council Popular Prose Award, and the Liang Shiqiu Literature Award.
