Article 1 Appearance

2.2 Answering the phone: Answer the phone in a timely manner. Generally, the ringing should not exceed three times. If the callee cannot answer the call, the nearest staff member should take the initiative to answer the call. Keep a record of important calls.
Article 3 Code of Conduct
