Legal analysis: The main responsibility of the United Nations Drug Control Programme is to coordinate the main center of international drug control activities. The fund of this institution is directly under the responsibility of the Executive Director and comes from voluntary contributions, which are mainly used to carry out anti-drug cooperation projects in developing countries.
