The medical insurance card is for the insured's personal use only, and it is not allowed to be lent, fraudulently used, altered or forged. The insured has one of the following acts, and its medical insurance benefits are suspended for more than 3 months and less than 1 year, and the loss of medical insurance fund caused by it is recovered by the municipal medical insurance department. 1. Lending my medical insurance card to others for medical treatment and medicine purchase; 2, fraudulent use of other people's medical insurance card for medical treatment and medicine purchase; 3, forged, altered prescriptions, medical bills and other documents, using medical insurance cards to falsely claim medical expenses; 4, there are other acts in violation of the provisions of social medical insurance. Whoever impersonates, fraudulently uses or steals another person's medical insurance card to seek illegal benefits, which constitutes a crime, shall be dealt with by the relevant departments according to law, and shall be investigated for criminal responsibility according to law.
