1. Open the ICBC Life APP, enter the "My" page, click "My Order" to check the redemption record, and confirm whether the Alipay red envelope has been redeemed successfully.
2. If you confirm that the redemption has been successful, but the Alipay red envelope has not arrived yet, you can try to log in to the Alipay account again, or check whether there are any abnormal situations such as insufficient balance and limited redemption in the Alipay account.
