The qualification of registered fund practitioners, the examination subjects recognized by China Asset Management Association include: Subject 1: Fund laws and regulations, professional ethics and business norms organized by China Asset Management Association, Subject 2: Basic knowledge of securities investment funds, and Subject 3: Basic knowledge of private investment funds.

Private fund managers who have passed the basic knowledge examination of subjects 1 and 2, or subjects 1 and 3, or subjects 1 and securities investment funds, or securities market and securities investment funds may apply to China Asset Management Association for fund qualification registration by their working institutions.

Personnel engaged in fund promotion and operation and maintenance of fund sales information management platform system in fund sales institutions may apply to China Asset Management Association for qualification registration of fund practitioners if they pass the examination of subjects I and II, or subjects I and III, or subjects I and securities investment funds, or the examination of basic knowledge of securities market and securities investment funds.

Those who have passed the examination of "Basic Knowledge of Securities Investment Fund Sales" or "Securities Investment Fund" may apply to China Asset Management Association for the qualification registration of fund sales business.

In order to encourage the improvement of their compliance professional quality, those who have passed the examination of Subject 1 and "Basic Knowledge of Securities Investment Fund Sales" may apply for registration as fund practitioners. In the future, with the development of business, the qualification of fund sales business will be gradually incorporated into the qualification of fund practice for management.
