Pension insurance specialist job responsibilities

Main job responsibilities: Implement the social insurance reforms, guidelines, and policies of relevant departments of the party, the state, the province, and the municipal government, and formulate implementation plans for social insurance work such as pensions, work-related injuries, and maternity based on the actual situation of the city.

Responsible for the assessment of basic pension insurance, work-related injury insurance, and maternity insurance premiums for the city's participating units and self-employed workers; prepare fund collection plans and the city's social insurance fund budget and final accounts to ensure the dedicated and safe operation of social insurance funds.

Responsible for the handling of pension insurance for government agencies and institutions across the city.

Ensure social management services for retirees from participating units, and assist communities in establishing labor and security service stations (offices) and transfer corporate retirees to community management services.

Responsible for the co-ordination, review and payment of work-related injury and maternity insurance for enterprise employees in Kunming.

Responsible for guiding the city's social management agencies to verify the payment of social insurance premiums and the receipt of social insurance benefits in accordance with the law; coordinate relevant departments to supervise and inspect social insurance work; conduct surveys and manage the living conditions of retirees within the jurisdiction

The city's social insurance information system; build information system data analysis of insured units and insured persons in the city; establish and improve the network of social insurance agencies.

Establish a multi-level pension insurance system that is independent of enterprises and institutions, with basic pension insurance as the main body and corporate annuities and employee personal savings pension insurance as supplements.

Guide the city's social insurance agencies to carry out their work; assist the city's social insurance agencies to solve practical problems in their work and do a good job in social insurance publicity.
