Subject 1 of the Fund Practitioner Qualification Examination is a compulsory subject. Therefore, candidates can choose subjects according to the type of business they are engaged in. Only if you pass both subjects can you be considered to have passed the Fund Practitioner Examination.
The Fund Practitioner Examination consists of subject one "Fund Laws and Regulations, Professional Ethics and Business Standards", subject two "Basic Knowledge of Securities Investment Funds", and subject three "Basic Knowledge of Private Equity Investment Funds"*** Three subjects. Among them, candidates who are engaged in public fund management and fund custody business can choose to apply for subject one and subject two.
Those who are engaged in private equity fund management, private equity asset management business of securities and futures operating institutions, and fund service businesses such as fund sales, sales payment, share registration, valuation, investment consulting, evaluation, and information technology system services can choose Apply for subject one and subject two, or subject one and subject three.
