August 20 13, the team of the Institute of Ecological Planning and Development of Dalian University of Technology won a major international cooperative research project of the National Natural Science Foundation: International Comparative Study on Green Growth Theory and Practice. International cooperation teams include: Imperial College London, London, UK, University of Waterloo, and International Institute of Ecological Life Safety.

"International Symposium on Green Growth Theory and Practice" is the first international academic conference of "International Comparative Study on Green Growth Theory and Practice", a major international cooperation project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. The conference is scheduled to be held in Dalian, China from April 1 1 to April 12, 2005. At that time, experts and scholars in the related fields of "green growth" at home and abroad will study and discuss the theory and practice of green growth.
