An application for filing shall be submitted to the China Securities Regulatory Commission. According to the provisions of the Securities Investment Fund Law and the Regulations for the Implementation of the Securities Investment Fund Law, an application for filing needs to be submitted to the CSRC after the etf is issued, so that the CSRC can supervise and manage the issuance of the etf. In addition, the filing application also needs to submit relevant documents and materials, including but not limited to the fund contract, prospectus, fund manager qualification certificate, etc. The approval time for submitting an application is generally short. Once approved by the CSRC, ETFs can be officially issued and traded.
