There is no need to take the initiative to withdraw cash dividends, because if the fund chooses cash dividends as the dividend method, the dividends will automatically return to the bank card account, and will return if they are not withdrawn.

There are two ways to pay dividends: cash dividends and dividend reinvestment.

1. Cash dividend means that the dividend is directly returned to the bank card account, and the default dividend method of the fund is cash dividend. Unless it is a money fund or a wealth management fund, the latter can only be reinvested with dividends.

Second, dividend reinvestment is a way to directly convert dividends into fund shares. The money will not return to the bank card, but the share will increase. You can apply for redemption if you want to get some of the proceeds back.
