Professor of Law School of Xiamen University, Chen An, doctoral supervisor of international economic law, Fuan, Fujian. He used to be Dean of Xiamen University Law School, Director of Institute of International Economic Law, President of China Society of International Economic Law and Consultant of China Society of International Law. In 2004 and 20 10, he was appointed by the China municipal government as an international arbitrator of the International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID).
