(1) Enterprises: all kinds of enterprises registered in Hangzhou, which pay taxes and turnover taxes (value-added tax and consumption tax) according to law.
(2) Administrative institutions: municipal or district/county (city) administrative institutions (including institutions that implement dual management within the system and handle registration and certification procedures in the establishment departments at all levels in our city).
(3) Other employing units: the issuing authority is the social organizations, private non-enterprise units and foundations of the municipal or district/county (city) administrative departments.

After receiving subsidies in western counties (cities) such as Fuyang District, Taitonglu County, Lin 'an District, Ka jiande city County and Chun 'an County, the applicant can apply for a one-time subsidy of 6,543,800 yuan for undergraduate, 30,000 yuan for master and 50,000 yuan for doctor, and other application conditions remain unchanged.
However, full-time college graduates can apply for employment subsidies for college graduates after they meet the requirements. Returned students with academic qualifications, graduates from technical colleges who have obtained higher vocational qualification certificates, and vocational education graduates from special education colleges equally enjoy the employment and entrepreneurship policy for college graduates.
