The sources of higher education funds are increasingly diversified, and various forms of social donations are increasing, which plays a unique and important supplementary role in hardware construction, scientific research and student training in colleges and universities.

Corporate donation is an important part of social donation. This paper combs the research status of corporate charitable donation from the theoretical origin, and takes Jiangsu Taoxinbo Scholarship Foundation as an example to discuss the role of corporate charitable donation in aiding students in colleges and universities in China.
