(3) government subsidies. The government pays the new rural insurance basic pension in full to eligible insured persons, and the central government gives full subsidies to our province in accordance with the basic pension standards determined by the central government.
Provincial and county (city, district) governments make up 30 yuan for the insured person every year, and the subsidy funds shall be borne by the provincial finance in 24 yuan, and the counties (cities, districts) in 6 yuan. Provincial financial subsidy funds will be allocated to the financial departments of relevant counties (cities, districts) in one lump sum according to the number of insured payment and the number of county-level financial subsidy funds, and then the financial departments of counties (cities, districts) will allocate the subsidy funds to the special accounts of new agricultural insurance funds of counties (cities, districts) in one lump sum.
(4) For severely disabled people in rural areas, the provincial and county (city, district) governments all pay the minimum old-age insurance premium of 100 yuan, with the provincial financial burden of 80% and the county (city, district) financial burden of 20%.
