(1) individual payment. Rural residents who participate in the new rural old-age insurance shall pay the old-age insurance premium according to the regulations. The payment standard is set at 100 yuan per year, which is divided into five grades in 200 yuan, 300 yuan, 400 yuan and 500 yuan. Insured people choose their own grades to pay, and pay more. According to the average living standard of rural residents in our province, in principle, the payment will start at 100 yuan. The specific collection measures shall be determined by the county (city, district) people's government.

(2) Collective subsidies. Conditional village collectives shall give subsidies to the insured, and the subsidy standard shall be determined by the villagers' committee. Encourage other economic organizations, social welfare organizations and individuals to provide financial support for the insured.

(3) government subsidies. The government pays the new rural insurance basic pension in full to eligible insured persons, and the central government gives full subsidies to our province in accordance with the basic pension standards determined by the central government.

Provincial and county (city, district) governments make up 30 yuan for the insured person every year, and the subsidy funds shall be borne by the provincial finance in 24 yuan, and the counties (cities, districts) in 6 yuan. Provincial financial subsidy funds will be allocated to the financial departments of relevant counties (cities, districts) in one lump sum according to the number of insured payment and the number of county-level financial subsidy funds, and then the financial departments of counties (cities, districts) will allocate the subsidy funds to the special accounts of new agricultural insurance funds of counties (cities, districts) in one lump sum.

(4) For severely disabled people in rural areas, the provincial and county (city, district) governments all pay the minimum old-age insurance premium of 100 yuan, with the provincial financial burden of 80% and the county (city, district) financial burden of 20%.
