Legal basis: Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of the Use of Medical Insurance Funds

Forty-ninth workers large medical expenses subsidies, civil servants Medicaid and other medical insurance funds use supervision and management with reference to these regulations.

The use of residents' serious illness insurance fund shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state, and the administrative department of medical security shall strengthen supervision.
