Organizational structure and responsibilities of the association: general meeting, board of directors and chairman.

The president is nominated by the former president and elected by the general meeting. He is the executive director of the organization and presides over the work of the Council. The president is directly responsible to the general meeting of members, accepts the supervision of organizations and individuals at all levels, and guides, co-ordinates and coordinates the self-made work and departments. Review and approve plans and programs on behalf of the Council. The president has the right to nominate junior cadres, which will take effect after being approved by the Council.

Responsibilities of the president:

3. Convene and preside over meetings of the board of directors and departments.

4. Enjoy the final decision of the meeting.

5. In the absence of the president, the designated vice president shall exercise the functions and powers of the president.
