The applicant shall submit a written application to the relevant departments, including the application, draft application, qualification certificate and residence certificate, list details, identity certificate, personal resume of the agent and documents of the relevant competent departments.

After the application materials are submitted, the relevant administrative organs and units shall reply or reject the application as soon as possible within 60 days from the date of application.
