1, become a member of China Fund Association for one year. (Both observer members and ordinary members are allowed).

Meet the number of relevant personnel and have relevant qualifications and abilities, that is, there are not less than 3 investment managers, and they have continuous and traceable investment management performance for more than 3 years, and there is no bad employment record. (All investment managers must be qualified for fund practice).

Note: The "investment management performance" in this condition refers to the investment management performance that can be clearly attributed to the investment manager himself and meets the conditions of three consecutive years, not limited to the last three consecutive years.
