State functionaries and people's policemen who are disabled due to war injuries shall be assessed according to the current examination and approval authority and disability assessment methods. The identification of the nature of disability, the standard of disability grade, the standard of disability pension, the procedure of completing disability assessment and the transfer of disability pension relationship shall be handled with reference to the relevant provisions of the Regulations on Pensions and Preferential Treatment for Soldiers and the Interim Measures for the Administration of Disability Pension. Second, the national staff and the people's police died and were approved as martyrs. With reference to the Regulations on the Praise of Revolutionary Martyrs, they were examined and approved in accordance with the existing examination and approval authority. Article 39 of the Regulations on Work-related Injury Insurance, if an employee dies at work, his close relatives shall receive funeral subsidies, pension for supporting relatives and one-time work-related death subsidies from the work-related injury insurance fund in accordance with the following provisions: (1) The funeral subsidies shall be the average monthly salary of employees in the overall planning area for six months in the previous year; (2) The pension for supporting relatives shall be paid to the relatives who provided the main source of livelihood before the death of the employee and were unable to work because of work according to a certain proportion of the employee's salary.
