The "China-Africa Hope Project" is under the responsibility of the "China-Africa Hope Project Fund", which is a special public welfare fund set up by enterprises, social organizations and natural persons to the China Youth Development Foundation to carry out public welfare service activities in line with the fund's mission. The service scope is to build Hope Primary School in Africa and help poor students. The first phase of the work was carried out in Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, Ethiopia, Malawi and other East African countries.

The "China-Africa Hope Project" was jointly sponsored by the China Youth Development Foundation and the World Outstanding Chinese Business Association.
