2. The project applicant has published papers in published academic journals, and priority is given under the same circumstances.
3. Undergraduate research and innovation fund projects are applied in the form of innovation teams. The project applicant must be the project leader. Encourage undergraduates from different grades, majors and other different backgrounds to form innovative teams. Project team members generally do not exceed? Five people.
4. Each undergraduate can only preside over the declaration or participate in one project in that year. The person in charge of scientific research projects cannot declare or participate in new projects, and scientific research projects that have been approved by relevant departments shall not be declared repeatedly.
