20 16 The formal review and strategic review of special projects of Hebei Natural Science Fund have ended, and the results of formal review and strategic review are now announced (see annex 1). The relevant matters are now explained as follows:

1. Projects that fail formal review will not be subject to strategic review, and projects that fail formal review and strategic review will not enter the next stage of review.

2. Applicants can log in to the official website Fund Project Management System of the Natural Science Foundation of Hebei Province (800 1) to inquire about the specific examination results (please read the notes for the applicants to log in to the system on the Fund Project Management System page first).

3. If the applicant disagrees with the results of the formal review, he may apply to the Provincial Foundation Office for review. For relevant requirements, please refer to the Provisions on Project Form and Strategy Evaluation of Natural Science Foundation of Hebei Province (Annex 2).
