The payment standards are: 1. The funeral subsidy standard is twice the monthly per capita disposable income of urban residents in the province in the previous year when the insured person died.

2. Pension standards are divided into two situations: working people and retired people: (1) In-service insured persons (including those insured in individual capacities such as flexible employment) are based on the per capita monthly disposable income of urban residents in this city in the previous year at the time of death.

Income is the base number, and the number of payment months is determined based on the individual’s payment years.

If the payment period is less than 5 years, the number of payment months will be 3 months; if the payment period is more than 5 years but less than 10 years, the number of payment months will be 6 months; if the payment period is 10 years or more but not more than 15 years (including 15 years), the payment period will be 6 months

The number of months is 9 months; if the payment period is more than 15 years, the number of payment months will be increased by 1 month for each additional year of payment.

If the payment period is more than 30 years, it will be calculated based on 30 years, and the maximum number of payment months is 24 months.

(2) For retired insured persons (including retirees), the monthly per capita disposable income of urban residents in this city in the previous year at the time of death is used as the base, and the maximum number of payment months is determined based on the number of years of payment when the person was in office. If a disabled employee dies due to a work-related injury during the suspension period, his immediate family members shall enjoy the benefits stipulated in paragraph 1 of this article.

If a first- to fourth-level disabled employee dies after the period of suspension of work and salary retention, his immediate family members may enjoy the benefits stipulated in items (1) and (2) of paragraph 1 of this article.
