According to the regulations of the CSRC, the redemption funds of non-QDII funds generally arrive within T+7 working days after the customer submits the redemption application, and the redemption funds of QDII funds generally arrive within T+ 10 working days after the customer submits the redemption application, but the specific time for the funds to arrive in the account is limited by the time when the relevant fund companies transfer funds to our bank. Ordinary customers of stock funds, bond funds and hybrid funds can check whether the funds are accounted for within T+4 working days after submitting the redemption application, and monetary funds can check whether the funds are accounted for within T+ 1 working days after submitting the redemption application. If it hasn't arrived yet, the customer is advised to contact the fund company for inquiry and handling.
