Physical examination belongs to the category of public health and cannot be reimbursed by medical insurance. According to the provisions of the Social Insurance Law, the medical expenses that should be borne by public health are not included in the payment scope of the basic medical insurance fund, so the medical examination items should be solved through public health services and other channels.
